7 Day Cosmetics Scrub is more than a classic face scrub. It works in two ways at once. Tiny rounded rice beads polish the skin surface. Lactic acid, an AHA, adds a gentle peeling action. Mild plant-based cleansers wash the skin as you exfoliate, and glycerin and PENTAVITIN® help it stay comfortable, not dry and tight.

Why exfoliate?

Dead cells build up on the skin surface. The skin then feels rough and looks dull, and creams and masks sit on top of that layer. Lactic acid loosens the bonds between dead surface cells so they are shed more easily — supporting the skin’s natural surface renewal. Gentle, regular exfoliation removes part of this buildup: the skin feels smoother, looks fresher and is better prepared for the next steps of your routine.

Scrub or peel?

A classic scrub polishes the skin with particles. A peel uses an exfoliating acid, such as an AHA. 7 Day Cosmetics Scrub combines both: rounded rice beads + lactic acid. It is a cosmetic product for home use, not a professional or medical chemical peel.

Key ingredients

Rice beads (Oryza sativa)

Tiny rounded beads made from rice. Thanks to their smooth, rounded shape, they roll gently over the skin: they polish the surface and help lift dead cells without scratching — so there is no need to rub hard.

Lactic acid

An alpha-hydroxy acid (AHA) used in skincare for exfoliation and skin conditioning. In this formula it provides the “peel” part of the scrub and complements the rice beads. It loosens dead surface cells and supports the natural renewal of the skin’s outer layer.

Decyl glucoside and Quillaja saponaria extract

Decyl glucoside is a mild cleanser. Quillaja extract comes from the bark of the soapbark tree and contains natural saponins. Together they make a soft foam that cleanses the skin — without sulphates.

Glycerin and PENTAVITIN® (Saccharide Isomerate)

Humectants that attract water and help keep the skin hydrated. PENTAVITIN® is a plant-derived moisturising ingredient that leaves the skin soft and comfortable after exfoliation.

Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride

A light emollient that gives the skin a smooth, conditioned feel.

Grapefruit and cymbopogon oils

Essential oils that give the scrub its fresh, light natural scent.

How to use

1. Apply to dry or wet skin.
2. Massage gently with circular movements for 2–3 minutes. On the face, use light pressure and avoid the eye area.
3. For a more intensive treatment, leave on the skin for up to 5 minutes.
4. Rinse thoroughly with water.
5. Follow with your serum, mask or cream.

Gentle is enough

More pressure does not mean better exfoliation. The scrub works with both rice beads and lactic acid, so there is no need to rub hard — light circular movements are enough.

How often?

Adjust to your skin. Start less often and see how your skin feels. Dry, sensitive or easily irritated skin needs less frequent exfoliation. Do not use it on the same day as other strong exfoliating products. Scrub is a periodic step, not a daily cleanser.

Body use

Scrub is also suitable for the body. Use it on the arms, legs, shoulders and other areas that feel rough, and on the décolleté with light pressure. Use it in the shower — not in a sauna or banya. After the shower, apply Multi-Function Cream.
